Terry Tacoma, Sal Seattle and the rest of the Tourist gang were willing to pay $900+ to escape the heat last weekend. Hotel source tells the North Beach News they are getting as much as $1,200 per room for the Fourth.

Good thing chainsaws run on gas: Unofficial word has it power out in O.S., just in time for Sand and Sawdust. Grays Harbor PUD doesn’t show any current outages on its website or Twitter feed yet. Locals heard on scanner tree/line down around Powell Road.
