With 121 ballots remaining to be counted by Grays Harbor County Elections, could the North Beach School District levy–currently passing by just 57 votes–swing the other way? Not a chance, as, Election Administrator Scott Turnbull advises: “55 out of the 121 are for North Beach.” (The $110 million construction bond request by the district was soundly defeated.)
