We are all very disturbed, that within 2 hours of Susan C being notified of the mayors death, she was already trying to “rally her troops” to have them start “petitioning the council” to appoint her as the new mayor. She just lost an election, plus has never had any experience managing people.

First, my sincere condolences to Crystals’ family and friends for their loss. Second, I don’t know if the alleged “rallying” is real or not but I would bet that there are several hopefuls within the current/future council who are also considering their chances and methods. Just seems to be how it works here.
