How’s the (paddling/fishing) water?

Got weed? Hearing the “fresh waters” are clogged up, again. Now that the drinking water crisis has (hopefully) passed, time to start wrestling with the lake and canal weeds, again. What’s the city going to do about it? Do any candidates have “fresh” ideas?
