Ballots in the mail; candidate questions in the email

The 10 candidates running for OS City Council met more than 100 Locals at the Lions Club yesterday, as ballots started hitting mailboxes for the Aug 3 primary. Conniry and Noble, battling for her seat, are not on the primary. The North Beach News is emailing questions to the eight primary candidates, with a deadline for answers of Saturday.
